Having sat the throne of Atlantia I can tell you from my heart, that whenever one of "my" people needed to talk to me, I made time for them, because you are very right, the strength of a kingdom is the strength of its' people. And in management school we learned that "the speed of the leader is the speed of the team". We don't have any engravings inside of any of the crowns, but trust me, we reminded each other of that simple truth all the time.
