My money's on Atia. I don't think she's done for just yet. The historical Atia didn't die until after Octavian became consul and the fighting hasn't quite started yet. I was figuring it wouldn't be her time anyway because of the way they ended the episode. If they were gonna kill her, they'd have done it right then.
I fear for the cute cook, though, who'll probably end up either eating the leftovers and buying it, or will be blamed for it.
