Hands you more hot tea. Showers help clear it out. Some times I stand on my head. Yes, Gravity helps too. Big Harold recently had "walking" pneumonia. Suctioning while on a respirator is Not Recommended. It works, cleared his lungs out, but it is Very Extreme.
