Suggesting that one might want to be able to report that one's shipping label is clean, legible and in pristine condition (and why this would be important to point out in the first place) when one prepares to call one's shipping service to complain about a mis-routed package is not a crime. Nor does it constitute a "defense" of said shipping company's error.

Or insanity.

Or cluelessness.

If one prefers, however, to amuse oneself by never, ever being wrong,  who am I to stand in one's way?
