1. What is your SCA name? -
Which one? Jehanne de Wodeford, mostly. Sometimes Saionji no Hanae (it's good, I really need to register that one too....)
2. What is your home kingdom?
West
3. Have you ever lived in another kingdom?
East Kingdom. And I seem to have been adopted by the Outlands.....
4. Do you remember your first SCA event?
November 1995, Hundred Minutes War, Rusted Woodlands, East Kingdom. I stood outside during a blinding Nor'easter to witness my first melee. Absofrigginlutely amazing. It's all Tanaka's fault.
5. Do you have any awards?
Yup.
6. Do you list them after your name in communications like e-mail? -
Dear God, why?
7. Do you have a device? -
Per bend sable and gules, a swan rousant contourny and in chief three fleurs-de-lys argent.
8. Do you use it? On what? -
Tent, chair, sideless surcote, banner.
9. Are you on all the kingdom/society lists available to you, or do you avoid them? -
I'm on some.
10. Do you keep your Pennsic/Estrella/Gulf Wars/etc. site tokens? -
Some of them. The Pennsic ones are all on a cord in a box.
11. Do you keep the favours you've been given by royalty/friends/SOs, etc.? Do You wear them all?
Yes, I keep them, unless it's something given by a SO who is no longer my SO. That would be dishonorable IMHO. No, I don't wear them. I don't wear award regalia either. I have an unfortunate tendency towards cord/necklace mishaps if there is a Dangly Of SCA Significance appended thereto. I'm tired of picking up scattered beads and marveling at the impermanence of silk cord......
12. Do you call your friends by their SCA names even when you're not at an event? Sometimes.
13. Do you go out to dinner in garb after an event? –
Sometimes.
14. Do you have all kinds of garb, or do you generally stick to one period? –
Yes, I surf the timeline......
15. How many interests do you have within the SCA?
See #16 below. It's just easier that way.

Yes. Long and straight, center part.

Yes! And practical even. Our ancestors were not morons - they came up with some fascinating problem solving skills given their level of technology.
20. Is there one modern thing at events that really bugs you?
You're going to limit me to just one? Fine. Lack of cell phone ettiquette. Put the damn thing on vibrate and take your call somewhere it's not creating a disturbance.
