Stuff and nonsense

Hmm, certainly seems to be a bit of a waste to have driven up to Crown yesterday. I showed up and hung out sewing with Gwenhwyfaer while people hyperventilated over the fact that the royals had asked for some sort of big processional thingy by the participants in the tournament. By the time the tournament had gotten underway, it was time for me to cram all my stuff back into my furoshiki, shimmy out of my garb and into my dress in the parking lot and drive down to San Jose. Though I did get Brian's jacket collar lined, buttons sewn on and three out of seven really ugly hand buttonholes completed.

IRLM Coronation was amusing, as always, then it was over to bovil  and kproche 's place for an after-party that went on into the early hours of this morning - which resulted in me spending most of my afternoon napping. I am not going to try to catch this week's offerings at the Stanford theatre. I will have too much to do before I fly to Maryland on Wednesday, including another round with my dentist tomorrow.
