Tanka challenge 04/16/10

Still so white and soft,
But here and there, one sees signs:
Worn spots and even a hole.
What lover would trade for such
A poor, shabby kosode?

It was nearly new when this was taken, but it's been well loved since then, (and only by me)!. Gorgeous linen jacquard with a fern pattern so subtle it's hard to see. I wish I could get more.
