A few weeks ago, I had an idea while listening to KDFC's "Islands of Sanity." For those unfamiliar with the premise, the classical station broadcasts pieces designed to "soothe the savage breast" in the middle
of the workday.
My proposal is this. Periodically, albeit randomly*, I will post a link to something beautiful. It may be SCA related, it may not be. It's just something I think people might want to see or hear or think about. I promise it will always be work-safe.
There is only one rule. You may NOT comment on the Random Act. Regardless of whether you like it or think I'm on Really Good Drugs for having thought it was beautiful, you are not to post any comments
on the Random Act.
I realize this poses a grievous hardship for those among us who cannot keep their itchy little fingers off the keyboard. (You know who you are. WE all know who you are.) However, This Is My Game. Violate the
rule once and I will very sadly take my toys and go home. Don't think of it as not being able to have the last word, think of it as not spoiling a surprise for someone else......
