It truly pays to remember that one cannot help those too willfully ignorant and lazy to accept direction.

I have enough to do tonight without the idiocy on sca-jml. Final touches on drum stands, getting elbow deep in a pot of hot rice to make onigiri, garb selection and packing and a game of Truck Tetris because I just remembered I have to pack the Little Red Wagon in addition to several large drums, a picnic cooler, a dye pot and such.   A&S is at the @%$#&*! site where one cannot drive off the pavement, the park never has enough carts and I'm gonna have to camp at the ass end of the field so that the taiko lessons will not disturb other classes.

WTF was I thinking?

You don't have to CAMP way out in the boonies....you could always take participants on a lovely meditative walk :)

Man, that guy just won't give up the subject, will he? And Solveig's not helping. She actually replied to one message with "I don't know what you're talking about, but..."

*shakes head in disbelief* If you don't know what the writer is saying, then STFU!

Good luck with the packing and the event!

If he wasn't so insistent I'd give him the "even a broken clock is right twice a day" with regards to unreliable sources.

All that fuss about whether his vintage kimono was anything like period and then he says he'd rather wear shorts and a happi. Get off my lawn, already!

So, what you're all saying is that I need to make a very large gin and tonic before reading the 50+ messages that have piled up in my JML folder, eh?

Oy.

I read. WITHOUT gin.

OY.

On the upside, the Eff-sensei/[livejournal.com profile] bovil 1-2 punch was amusing, for whatever good it will do for the Dept. of NOT GFNot Getting It.

Yeehaw.
