Hey, remember the sushi sign?

It looks ridiculously good as an 8 1/2" x 11" print. Dad's getting it for Christmas. (And I'm trimming the funny edge of the one that printed wonky and hanging that one in my kitchen.)

Miriam and Alex are getting a collage of pics from their trip to SF with the boys...and now I am getting a warning from the printer that I'm almost out of color ink. DAMN, these look pretty as prints!!!!

Time to go frame the rest of these and wrap everything to get shipped east tomorrow. I got some float frames at Hellmart a couple of weeks ago, which should survive shipping decently, having plastic clear bits instead of glass.

(1) Yeah, that's the one disadvantage of modern, inexpensive-but-good inkjet printers: they drink ink colors like water if you do any number of good-quality prints.

(2) Did I ever tell you that one of your Japanese maple leaf pix from San Francisco is in my computer-wallpaper rotation? It's such a nice serene pattern...

Those were the original cartridges that came with the printer - they usually are a minimal supply in any case.
