How to Steal a Million (1966).
The Hot Rock (1972). Haven't seen it in ages and not sure how well it holds up, but I remember liking this.
Topkapi (1964)
The Thomas Crown Affair. Either one, because McQueen is just so cool. The Brosnan/Russo remake is also excellent, particularly the sequence at the end involving multiple Thomas Crowns in bowler hats. (Thanks tosengokudaimyo for reminding me of it in one of his recent posts).
The Sting (1973).
The Score (2001).
A Fish Called Wanda (1988).
Inside Man (2006).
