I had planned on doing some work on JAF's commission. The fabric has been laundered and ironed. However, I woke up with a hellacious headache that told me "Do NOT take scissors to that linen unless you want to screw it up." (Which I probably wouldn't, it being all rectangles I have to measure and cut anyway.) 

However, it is gorgeous outside - the blue patch over the skylight is taunting me. If the Advil kicks in soon, I should probably go for a walk at the very least.

EDIT: Several hours later, the Advil having not kicked in, I pretty much spent the day lying on the futon in the dark listening to "No Reservations" reruns on low volume. I guess I needed it. The headache is still here, but has ramped down considerably.

I hate when that happens.

I'm supposed to be working on my sailor's undershirt (the collar is done, I'm trying to get the armscye right. It only looks like a simple rectangular t-tunic-like construction in the photos)

I think we're going to pick up wine in Livermore instead.

If it's migraine, and you're interested, ask me about my Magic Medicine. It's prescription, and expensive (or would be if I didn't have insurance), but it means I have maybe one day a year when I have to change my plans because of a headache.

I honestly cannot claim it might not be any more than I got too much sun and not enough water yesterday combined with burning my candle at both ends.
