Based on medical histories on both sides of my family, cancer is mercifully wayyyyy down on the list of things in the genetic deck stack - which doesn't mean I don't have the necessary screenings done and all that.
Heart disease, stroke, diabetes, on the other hand, are things I definitely have to watch out for.
