Yes, pretty much. Sometimes I wonder how I can stand it!
These fabric paints dry reasonably quickly and I've had almost no bleed through to the other side of the fabric. I feel pretty safe giving it a half hour before I shift the fabric on the table and start on a new section. Good time for bathroom breaks, snacks, checking email, swapping laundry loads....
