In semi-related news, I spent an inordinate amount of time last night on a PM conversation with The Bushi From Mutsu. He says he was trying to inflitrate Scapa Flow in a Type VII uboat when he saw I was online and just had to ping me (pun intended). Somehow we ended up playing "Hey, I can see my house from here" with Google's satellite mapping site. No wonder he's always buried under snow - he's practically on the shore of Lake Ontario. I told him I was going to try to do Pennsic this year. He told me that he and his lady might be taking a break. I was good. I told him they should do whatever they need to do - which does not mean I would not be very disappointed to miss the opportunity to meet them.

If I could I would happily squish "A Certain Person". But then my issues with him run very deep.
