Can I just say - again - how much I love the pea green and yellow windowpane check? Is he not The Hotness? This ensemble screams kyogen character. 

The kicker: no photos of "Saionji no Spike" (screaming Noh character) have surfaced yet - and I know people took some.  I shall try to be patient. The con was more than four months ago, but they have something like 20,000 photos to go through.

100 links. sca-jml has 100 new or edited links as of 8PM PDT. And that was with me leaving the armor/militaria subjects alone. Mostly. Because the Mongol Invasion scroll site was too cool not to include.

Most of the packing for Fresno Celtic Festival is done - just have to throw things in the cooler and put that in the car in the morning. Time to eat something dinner-like.

Humm... His pleats aren't setting down nicely either.... Maybe it isn't just me. I like the fabric though.... I really want to make an ensemble with a really loud yellow and orange plaid, similar to a McLeod Loud, and yes, I have seen period scrolls that show samurai wearing it. I can just hear the people now "You're in Japanese...but that's a tartan!"
