1. where is your mobile phone? In the designated pocket in my purse, which is sitting in it's designated spot on the stairs.
2. your significant other? Resting in peace, or at least not stupid enough to try to haunt me.
3. your hair? Needs a good combing.
4. your mother? Even more of a smart-ass curmudgeon than The Curmudgeon.
5. your father? Pathologically absent minded. See #1 above.
6. your favorite thing? What is this having to choose just one of which you speak? Stupid question.
7. your dream last night? I don't remember my dreams most of the time.
8. your favorite drink? Jinyu sake. Earl Grey tea. And that Turkish coffee at Kiva Han was pretty darn orgasmic.
9. your dream/goal? Happiness. What I'll probably get is survival.
10. the room you're in? The garret. For being an old maid in.
11. your ex? See #2 above.
13. where do you want to be in 6 years? Not living under the freeway in a cardboard box, seeing as the economy ate my 401k.
14. where were you last night? Sewing in front of the TV.
15. what you're not? A bard? I dunno. What kind of question is that?
16. muffins? Oatmeal. I'm trying to lose some weight here. 7 pounds so far too.
17. one of your wish list items? An expensive, out of print Japanese costuming book that I probably should own. 時代衣裳の縫い方  
18. where you grew up? Teaneck, New Jersey, after brief stints in Minneapolis and Washington DC.
19. the last thing you did? Showered.
20. what are you wearing? T shirt with Noh masks on it, yoga pants.
21. your tv? A 150 pound, 32" monolith that Gaius didn't feel like moving to Pasadena with him so I got to have nightmares about how to get it into this apartment. It is nice for watching subtitled movies on, though.
22. your pets? None.
23. your computer? An eight year old Compaq Presario 5102US.  Go ahead, laugh. It suits my humble Luddite needs.
24. your life? A half century long. (BTW, could this question get any more nebulous/)
25. your mood? Semi-awake amusement.
26. missing someone? Lots of someones.
27. your car? 'Tite Blanche, a 1999 Toyota Tacoma. Best truck ever.
28. something you're not wearing? Shoes.
29. favorite store? Moe's Books.
30. your summer? Don't you have to work for a living too?
31. like someone? Does this mean "Are you like someone?" or "Do you like someone?"
32. your favorite color? You mean I have to limit myself to only one? Another stupid question!
33. when is the last time you laughed? Don't try to watch Flight of the Conchords while doing abdominal crunches. It's counter productive.
34. last time you cried? A couple of weeks ago at my cousin's wedding when the DJ cued up Etta James' "At Last."  I still can't listen to that one.  This morning, sewing, during the funeral scene of "Four Weddings and A Funeral" when Matthew reads Auden's "Funeral Blues."
