....but the flesh is like overcooked linguine. Amazing what not playing for two weeks did to my stamina, especially when Shannon-sensei decided to put everything up on o-daiko stands and announced we were going to work on polishing "Jishin" and eventually work up our own solos. I'm no longer petrified of hitting myself in the head, but I am not entirely at home on o-daiko yet, so I'm thrilled to be drilling this stuff.

I'm gonna hurt tomorrow.

Take Vitamin E. It helps stave off lotsa pain from overworked muscles (though not necessarily all of it). Really. :D
