Happy Earth Day

Happiness is being fit enough to spend 6 hours on dance lessons and dancing Saturday night and four hours digging up weeds at a county park the day after.  I don't think I could've done it this time last year.

Yes, me too. I started a better eating plan today. I've been eating really badly lately because I've been working too hard to care. But I feel like crap and I even got a cold (which is something I rarely get).

Hopefully walking and eating right will help.

It should. Be sure to take shameless advantage of your fresh produce seasons too. I told myself I could have all the fruit and veggies I could hold last summer. I was going through grapes and cherries like there was no tomorrow.

I can honestly say that the yummiest thing in the world is a fresh berry in peak season. 8)
