I prescribe the following stress reliever the next time you feel like screaming and throwing things. Get yourself a piece of wooden doweling (minimum 1/4" diameter) and cut two 16" lengths, or pick up a pair of cheap drumsticks at the Guitar Center. Apply them vigorously to a sofa cushion, or an old phone book, or if you don't care about the noise, a 5 gallon plastic paint bucket from the hardware store. Play along with something loud and uptempo if you like.
