Ten minutes out of your life, but well worth it. Acclaimed onnagata actor Tamasaburo Bando portrays the Shinto sun goddess Amaterasu (She Who Shines In The Heavens). This scene depicts the dance of the goddess Ama-no-Uzume and Amaterasu's emergence from the cave in which she hid, shamed by the deeds of her brother, storm god Susanoo.
