Stupid busker tricks

I discovered that the profound lack of interest in my playing at the Ferry Building this morning was due to a dead battery. I played for two hours anyway, as it was a nice day. Then I went inside for chai and ginger cookie from Peets and sat out on the pier listening to Don Cunningham and his clarinet. Note to self, purchase one of his CDs next time and mail it to Mom. She'd enjoy his jazzy torch songs.
So I'm home now. Gonna sit and watch a little TV and try not to obsess over just how that lozenge stencil should be laid out. There are a couple of ideas duking it out in my head and I am not taking knife to plastic until I'm sure which idea is most viable despite the fact that I wanna PAINT! Better to go slowly and make it beautiful than rush into something that's not going to work well.
