Sooper Sekrit Project looks awful. The paint sucked and either did not cover some spots or bled along the stencil edges despite extreme care taken. Attempts to touch up have not improved matters so far, but I have to let everything dry before I try any additional attempts to save it. 

EDIT: Not looking good at all. Appalling, is what it looks like. WTF.

Someone taught us this nifty silk painting technique for banners, it involves painting a clear or white resist "ink" around all the shapes before you fill in the real paint. I've done it but didn't buy the materials, could find details if it would help.
