Having my ass kicked by windmills

The road to El Capitan shot currently has 11 votes to the classic El Cap at 8. However, this stunning shot of windmills in the Ukraine is running away with a well deserved 20 votes since it went up. http://lj-photophile.livejournal.com/2275438.html
Got up this morning and decided to weigh in. Somehow all this clean living made me gain two pounds since Sunday night. First one to say, "You're developing muscle mass," gets it.
Did not bike to work yesterday as it was raining on and off. Weather report said it would be nice today, so I biked it. Morning run was overcast and a little chilly, evening run was overcast, humid and warm enough to make me sweat. I think I may have shaved two minutes off my AM time, but it's hard to say when one has to stop for trains and red lights and wait for ohsoslow BART elevators. Managed to avoid The Mental Guy this morning, though I did see him get up and move to a different car when I got on. Not sure what his condition is but I don't need someone screaming "Don't you run me over!" when I'm leaning against the bulkhead minding my own business and he's across the car from me.
I have about 15 minutes to decide whether I want to clock ANOTHER eight miles and ride to taiko.
EDIT: Glad I decided to take the truck. Good class, but I was exhausted at the end of it.
