I wish you could see the faces on the puppets. Yukiko-hime did a beautiful job. Her Ora-hime takes inspiration from the ko-omote masks used in Noh and is just gorgeous.

Purgatorio this weekend. Not camping with the BC so I do not have to deal with the disharmonies of others, particularly the one who managed to completely ignore me with a supercillious little smirk upon her lips every single time I said hello to her at Pennsic. So I will pitch my tent wherever and be self sufficient - and relieved that I do not have to worry about any potential interactions with Some Guy in someone else's "living room."

Don't admire too much. If you think your patience is being tested, imagine mine. There is a part of me that desperately wants to gush in a corny Kansas in August, cliche'd kind of way. (I have her hogtied so she doesn't blow it!)
