If I should get hit by a bus....

If, upon that occasion, some well meaning but misguided person (who will, of course, be some well meaning but misguided SCA-dian) says, "Let's make a shrine," please dissuade him/her. I would be mortified. My family would be mortified.
Do not use my passing by commemorating a Memorial Challenge, or worse, a Competition in my name. If people aren't inspired by my presence now, they damn well better not use my absence as an excuse.
I would have to haunt someone - and remember, I'm partial to Japanese ghost stories.
Update. No, I have not yet posted my thoughts on eulogies and bereavements in the forum where it needs to be posted. People over there need some time before they're ready to read it. (See, I'm not completely insensitive.)
