As packed as I'm gonna be

I did watch about half of "Kagemusha" before going to bed. The costumes. OH MY DEAR LORD, THE COSTUMES!!!!! I MUST dig out my DVD copy and watch it again, making a list as I go of just how many re-created museum pieces I can spot.  (Oda Nobunaga on horseback wearing the Uesugi Kenshin Patchwork Monster under an archery igote!!!! And in the pawlonia and arrow dobuku!)

Mr. Siddown And Shaddap just won't. (I must remember that he's in a different time zone and didn't put half a dozen idiocies in my inbox to wake up to specifically to ruin my day.) I just posted an "Oh, look, the Winged Victory Of Samothrace!" in a pathetic attempt to create a diversion.
